This is a newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home. With a front yard and porch with seating as well as a backyard equipped with a deck, an outdoor dining area, a hot tub, and yard games, this is a vacation home! All bedrooms have new mattresses, dressers, closets, and 55" smart TVs. First Floor: entry room, living room, kitchen, dining room, 1 King bedroom, 1 full bath. Second Floor: Twin over Full bunk bedroom, 1 King bedroom, a hall Bath with a tub, an ensuite Bath to a King bedroom, laundry room. Third Floor: loft with Queen bed, couch, and desk. Back yard: deck with dining table and chairs, 7 person hot tub, cornhole, giant Connect 4. We've designed this property to meet your needs and provide a great place to celebrate and enjoy your time in Columbus!

Neighborhood
Named for the city's best park, Franklin Park is a beautiful, historic neighborhood. You are but a short stroll from The Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. With many walking trails and ponds, this park is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Franklin Park is a quiet neighborhood, but is also growing, now home to the East Market, a food hall in the Columbus fashion, hosting many different restaurants that change every few months. Next to the East Market is Columbus Brewing Company, a local brewery that is a lot of fun to visit and enjoy the outdoor spaces when it's warm. You'll be only 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the John Glenn Columbus Airport, 20 minutes from Ohio Stadium. This is a great neighborhood from which to explore Columbus!
