Welcome to The Parsonage! This renovated, 3300 square foot, 3 story brick house is the perfect home for your Columbus stay. The Parsonage is on a tree-lined, quiet street, but you'll be very close to all Columbus has to offer: concerts, conferences downtown, local attractions, and Columbus sporting events. With a massive kitchen and 2 living areas, this house is perfect for all your needs. With central location near all Columbus has to offer, it's a great landing place after all your adventures.

Good to know

- Four bedrooms have new mattresses and black out curtains for a great night's sleep. - Two living areas (first and third floors) - HUGE dining room table gives space for everyone to eat together and a place for playing games. - 3.5 bathrooms (1 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor, and 1 on the third floor) - Additionally, there is 1 floor length mirror on each floor. -There is a yard between the house and the church that you are welcome to use. Extra blankets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. There is a broom, vacuum, and spray mop available to you in case you need them! For the winter months, we will shovel and put down salt, but there are both a shovel and bucket of salt in the closet on the first floor in case of emergencies. If you need a pack n play or an air mattress, please let us know, and we will provide what you need.

*The $75 pet fee is per pet.* - Guests may park on the street in front of the house. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. - No open invitation parties or events. - The maximum property capacity is 20 people. - You may use the laundry room whenever you’d like. There are tide to go pods available for your use and dryer balls in the dryer. - Remember to close and lock the windows and lock the door to keep your valuables safe. The door is unlocked and locked by the same code given to you at check in. - Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Before checking out, please: - Turn off lights and tvs. - Close and lock the door and all windows. - Throw away all trash and left over food. - Run the dishwasher or clean hand wash any dirty dishes. - Double check that you have clothing, electronics, and other personal items.

Neighborhood

Clintonville is a charming and friendly neighborhood. There are nearby bike paths and many locally owned restaurants and boutiques. Interstate 71, Highway 315, and SR 23 all run through Clintonville and are easily accessible from The Parsonage. The neighbors are friendly, and the street is tree-lined and beautiful. Clintonville is less than 10 minutes away from the Short North Arts District, Downtown Columbus, and The Ohio State University.

Guest Access

You will have the whole house to yourself. You can access the house through the front door, which has a keypad deadbolt. You'll receive a unique code to use for locking and unlocking the door. There is a laundry room you're welcome to use as needed, with laundry detergent provided.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and hosted a dinner for our families. This place was absolutely perfect for our occasion and the host was very responsive and had the home equipped with everything we needed.

The house looked better than the pictures. The kitchen was huge. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bath rooms were clean with everything you need. The stay was wonderful!

Find us

In the neighborhood, there are walkable little shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. There are also buses regularly running nearby, Uber and Lyft, and electric scooters in Clintonville. The Parsonage is located between two of the major North-South roads in Columbus - Interstate 71 and High Street.
